Before you start, the short answers.
How long does it take to go live?
Most venues are playing the same day. Choosing playlists and setting a schedule takes under an hour, and playback starts as soon as a phone, tablet or computer is connected to the sound system you already have.
Do we need new speakers or hardware?
No. The music streams into the sound system already in the room. Audio installation is available in the UAE as a separate project if a space needs new coverage.
Can different rooms play different music at the same time?
Yes. Each audio zone runs its own programme and schedule, so a lobby, restaurant and gym can all sound different at the same hour.
Who can change the music once it is running?
You decide. Managers can edit playlists and schedules, while floor staff can be limited to play, skip and volume within a set range.
How is it priced?
Per audio zone. A single-room boutique is one zone; a hotel with a lobby, restaurant and spa is three. Send a brief and we will quote for your zones.
What about music licensing?
The catalogue is commercially cleared for business use. Where local public-performance obligations apply in your country, we set out exactly what stays with you so nothing is left assumed.
